With California experiencing a housing shortage, Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) have become an income-generating solution that helps provide housing and income potential to ease high cost of living for many homeowners. We created a beautiful ADU in the unfinished basement of a home in the El Granada Highlands with mountain and ocean views. The ADU has dedicated access, an open floor plan, one bedroom, one bathroom, in unit laundry, a study, and a patio overlooking the amazing view.
