This historic bungalow was transformed for a young family, who performed nearly all of the construction work themselves. We reinvisioned the entire layout by relocating the kitchen and streamlining circulation to maximize the functionality of less than 1,000 sf of living space. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, and a light-filled great room, this cozy house has become the home they always knew it could be.
